Hey there [Team Leader/Supervisor Name],

Call me crazy, but I think it would have made my onboarding simpler if I had just a little more specific training when I first started, it would have made my life much easier those first months.

Today I was checking out options that I've seen, the very best solution that I've seen so far is the offerings that Green CulturED provides, here's a "Free Trial" to get an idea of what they're like...

Onboarding is critical to better engage with our new hires, set them up for success, then accelerate learning all of those compliance requirements they'll need to know from the get-go.

If you have a moment, I think you'll find their solutions will help to significantly reduce costs ($$$), increase productivity, and decrease our team turnover rate (a huge issue in cannabis).

This should help give us the momentum we desperately need to "fix" the turnover rate in our industry and keep our team members around longer to scale in our fast-growing industry.

Do you mind trying their "Free Trial"... before it gets lost in the shuffle of things at work today?

Talk about it soon,

P.S. If you have an extra 5-seconds, you may want to check out their "Platform Roadmap", it'll give us an idea of what's new or upcoming features (then we can add/vote on our own too)...

I'm really serious about taking my career in the cannabis industry to the "next level" and I need more professional development to reach my goals, so I think this is my ideal first step for that.

Not only did it work from my "Free Trial", but they do also provide total eLearning solutions that can be 100% customized, so this is the best option with a realistic expectation of results.

So if you have a moment, you can check out their "Free Trial" to review yourself... I'm not sure if it will be available much longer, so I'd grab your free training while it’s still fresh on your mind.

But, what do you think about potentially using their eLearning solutions?

Thank you for your consideration,

Hello [Team Leader/Supervisor Name],

I know our mission is to educate everyone in our organization on how to succeed working in the cannabis industry, seemly "change" and "compliance" seem to be the only things "consistent".

From my research, I found Green CulturED and they provide a total eLearning solution for the cannabis industry, you can check out their "Free Trial" training that's available to enroll into...

We're really in the business of "compliance", we need to ensure that every single person has the cannabis expertise they need to succeed in their job... I think utilizing them may help us.

They're accredited or authorized by all gov't regulators (ex. Colorado MED, Mass CCC, West Virginia OMC, Alaska AMCO, etc.), they could be our 1-stop shop for all compliance training.

All of the new talent we hire for our teams are working in a fast-growing industry and has very little compliance experience or knowledge, nor get any skills training for our legal landscape.

I think this may help our organization quite a bit, what do you think about it?

Thanks again for your time,

[Your Full Name]

P.S. They also have "Live Events" that are happening specifically for all types of gov't compliance training for worker and workplace safety (OSHA, EPA, CCOHS, etc. required)...
