Our roadmap is the “action plan” to how we develop future eLearning solutions that are continuously evolving over time. Our team uses it to outline new functionality and future features that’ll be released so it’s responsive to shifts via YOUR suggestions.

Nowadays, everyone owns a smartphone and that makes learning on the go in the cannabis industry never been easier before using our Mobile App. Our app is available for BOTH Apple iOS and Android devices… cutting down the hassle and time to learn.
The release cycle is one (1) version per month within the first two (2) weeks of every month. It is a complicated process determining what NEW features to release in each version that will be the most valuable for our community. Here’s what to expect:

Our Learning Management System (LMS) is upgraded two (2) times a year. It is designed to have a massive IMPACT on the cannabis industry by supporting and empowering learners who are working in different countries within a variety of sectors.
To do this, our team looks to the industry, talks with our community leaders, and creates eLearning solutions that fit our values of education, openness, respect, integrity and innovation, but it always seeks to involve all KEY community stakeholders.
While we’re working on hundreds of improvements (or annoying issues), we are also doing some major RE-THINKING around what our platform should be over the coming years and beyond as a solution to empower learners within the cannabis industry.

The Platform Roadmap is an "always-on" feedback system where we receive via crowdsourcing from our community so you HELP makes us better for everyone. Your "ideas" on our roadmap are an integral part of the release process that our team goes through to shape our eLearning solutions.
Post your own "idea" OR vote for ideas from your fellow community members. You can also participate in shaping our eLearning solutions through Platform Roadmap prioritization.
We're currently on a multi-year journey reimagining how our community helps SHAPE our eLearning solutions. We set many milestones by using our prioritization process and next up is enhancing the parts of our roadmap that allow you to post, vote for, and stay informed on "ideas."
Anyone can view "ideas," even without logging in. However, if you WANT to post, vote for, or comment on "ideas," you must log in to the Platform Roadmap using your email address. To participate in Platform Roadmap prioritization, log in using your email to receive notifications.
We love our community’s enthusiasm and passion! We want to infuse that energy into the Platform Roadmap to ensure our environment is welcoming and collaborative. Here are some basic RULES of engagement we want to reinforce when contributing to our community and roadmap:
- Be Respectful. Do not make any personal attacks on the Platform Roadmap. Always be courteous to other community members and our team. Avoid obscene, indecent, hateful, offensive, defamatory, abusive, harassing, or profane language and materials.
- Don’t Share Sensitive Information. Platform Roadmap is not an appropriate forum for sharing your company’s confidential information.
- Don't Spam. Do not post advertisements or blatant promotions of products or services.
Your use of the Platform Roadmap is governed by our team and we reserve the right to remove your comment, "idea," or profile if you FAIL to comply with community rules or when deemed necessary.
Adding Ideas & Voting
If you see an "idea" that you like, click the "Vote" icon to upvote it. To un-vote an "idea" you don’t like, click the "Vote" icon again. Although you may vote for as many "ideas" as you want, you may cast only one (1) vote per "idea." Once you vote, you can ALWAYS come back and change it later.
Points represent the popularity of an "idea." Each vote is worth one (1) point. Upvote an "idea" and you add one (1) points to the score. Un-vote an "idea" and you subtract one (1) vote from the score. If more users un-vote an "idea" than up-vote it, an "idea" will always have an UPDATED score.
Before you post an "idea," always search to see if your "idea" exists. If it does, upvote the "idea." If it doesn’t, click "Add a new idea." Include a clear and descriptive title, fill in the details, and click "Add a new Idea" in order to publish it to our Platform Roadmap. Remember, the more DETAILED you can be about "Learning Objectives," "Topics," etc. information helps us to better meet your request.
If there is an "idea" that you think other community members would benefit from, add it, and vote for it! You can BUILD support across our community, social networks, and word of mouth to tell your friends, followers, and coworkers about the "ideas" you care about and generate votes.
Our team will update the status of an "idea" to communicate with you about where the "idea" stands on our Platform Roadmap. An "idea" can either be "Already Exists," "Will Not Implement," "Planned," or "Shipped" and you'll FIND additional status information below to review:
- Already Exists: The "idea" has already been submitted or a solution already exists.
- Will Not Implement: The "idea" is not under consideration for our short- or long-term plans so no further updates will be made to the "idea" unless future roadmap plans change.
- Planned: The "idea" is actively being worked on and our team plans to deliver this "idea" at some point in the future. The "idea" is included in an upcoming cycle of prioritization or was included in the last cycle of prioritization, to determine if it should be placed on the Platform Roadmap. If the "idea" doesn’t win, it will be changed back to a "Planned" status.
- Shipped: The "idea" is in development and available for testing in the upcoming release. The "idea" status will be updated to "Shipped" after the "idea" is released.
Note: Any unreleased services or features referenced are not currently available and may not be delivered on time or at all. Anyone who utilizes our platform should make their enrollment decisions based upon features that are currently available and NOT from "ideas" listed on our roadmap.

Prioritization integrates our community’s "ideas" into our eLearning solution planning process so our team REVIEWS the most-upvoted "ideas" on the Platform Roadmap. They add the top viable "ideas" to our prioritization list and we need your help to determine which "ideas" on the prioritization list matter the most to you and our community via crowdsourcing what's needed.
You tell us what you’d like to see developed by allocating votes to your FAVORITE "ideas." Our team reviews "ideas" with the most votes and the winning "ideas" are scheduled for development.
Our eLearning solutions are updated monthly with new training and our platform has monthly Mobile App updates along with two (2) major Learning Management System (LMS) upgrades annually. Thus, roadmap prioritization also takes place typically MANY times a year and you have a voice in the planning process so check out the "Planned" tab for updates on the next open cycle.
When a prioritization cycle is open, you get a vote allowance to allocate to the "ideas" that matter the most to you. Allocate your allowance on one "idea" or spread the votes around by clicking "VOTE" on the roadmap to start allocating your votes and submit your final choices. You must allocate your votes; you can only vote once and can always change your votes after submitting.
If a feature can be created based on an "idea" and the development of that feature can begin within the next release, it’s considered for the prioritization list. The list will include a number of "ideas" possible that SPAN multiple feature areas and gives you plenty of choices without overwhelming.
There are instances where an "idea," which was excluded from prioritization, may be included on a future prioritization list. For example, a top "idea" could be withheld because it has dependencies on other development work that NEEDS to be completed first... we use an agile development process...
In this case, the "idea" could be added to the list once the dependency is cleared. However, TOP "ideas" may not be chosen for the prioritization list for other reasons, and selection to the prioritization list is entirely at the sole discretion of our team and the vision we have.
After a cycle of prioritization closes, our team will review the FINAL rankings and compare the top "ideas" with our team’s capacity and overall Platform Roadmap. After planning, our team confirms which winning "ideas" they can start developing and the "idea" status is updated to "Planned."
The number of winners VARIES from month-to-month, at a minimum, three (3) "ideas" move into the planning process where our teams consider them for development into our eLearning solutions.
Prioritization typically features "ideas" that can be delivered within one (1) and three (3) monthly future releases. Our team adds an estimated availability date to indicate the release in which the feature is EXPECTED to be generally available if it is deemed a winner. After release planning occurs and the winners are published, the estimated availability date may be updated monthly.
It's a simple, but a powerful mission: We want to train at least 1,000,000 individuals over the next five (5) years everything about the revolutionary cannabis industry.
We support people and businesses in the industry to ensure compliance, reduce risk, and increase profitability. If we achieve this goal, we will create hundreds of thousands of opportunities and those businesses will add billions of dollars to the global economy.
