Discharge Me
17
Discharge Me Image
Train employees that by how National Labor Relations Board was faced with employers coercing resignations from employees to avoid liability under the National Labor Relations Act it created the constructive-discharge doctrine. In the at-will employment context, an employee is ordinarily held to his or her decision to resign. But what if the employer, seeking to skirt liability for discharging the employee for an unlawful reason, prods and goads the employee along the path to resignation? State and federal courts have recognized that employers used similar arguments when faced with liability under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, other employment statutes, and various state torts for wrongful discharge. Learn how these courts adopted the constructive-discharge doctrine as an element of proof in place of actual discharge.
Basic Course Pattern
37
Basic Course Pattern Image
The Basic Course Pattern is an abstract solution to recurring design problems that you may experience when first starting to create your online course. The term was originally used in architecture, but it has been applied more recently to pedagogical patterns...documenting good practices in teaching. In architecture, the placement of doors, gates, windows, and other elements are design patterns that recur in many buildings. The idea of a lobby in a large office building is a design pattern. Over time, these patterns can lead to the discovery of an entirely new way of delivering your education online. You will be provided with the knowledge to be able to create a dynamic course so get ready to create all of the necessary media and content for your course!

ICD-10 Virtual Code Book Image
The ICD-10 Virtual Code Book provides the clinical terms and/or disease/condition names to search for correct and specific ICD-10-CM codes. The transition from ICD-9 to ICD-10 goes hand in hand with the goal of healthcare reform to improve quality and decrease the cost of care. With more than 171,000 codes as compared to just under 18,000 in ICD-9, ICD-10 will provide a much more accurate method of describing the care provided. The transition will have a far-reaching impact on virtually all healthcare workers, from physicians and clinicians to medical coders to clerical employees. Educating and training these employees is vital to preparing for the transition to ICD-10 for both hospitals and physician practices.

A Message From Our Founder

Be honest…How would you describe your employee training?

Disorganized? Understaffed? Undertrained? Over-worked? Non-existent?

Well if you said anything other than, “A well-oiled machine,” you’ve come to the right place. Assuming you have a team, it’s likely a loosely assembled group, all scrambling around sending emails, updating employees on new regulations, running in-person training, establishing Standard Operating Procedures, and doing their best to “figure it out”…without anyone necessarily knowing what anyone else is doing.

They’re busy. And they try hard. But are they really getting well trained?

Is their work making a MEASURABLE difference to your company? When I asked this question about my own company, I didn’t like the answer.

That’s why I created Green CulturED.

As a member, you’ll be able grow a dedicated, COORDINATED team of cannabis industry rock stars. And best of all, critical (but time-consuming) tasks such as recruiting, training and retaining top talent will become effortless, and you’ll finally have a team all moving toward the same goal…

…growing YOUR company!

So if you like the idea of transforming your ordinary (or non-existent) training into a group of well developed employees, then schedule a demonstration today.
